Convert movie DVD to OGG audio files with DVD Audio Ripper

Step1: Open DVD
Click "Open DVD" button or "Open IFO files" button in the toolbar. You can also choose "File>Add DVD Folder..."/"Add IFO Files..." option. And then select "DVD Drive or DVD Folder" option from the new dialog window. So DVD Audio Ripper will load DVD info to the file list, such as "Name", "Duration", "Chapters", "Target" and "Status" options.


Tip: How to get Disc info?
To get more Disc info, operate DVD Audio Ripper as the following methods:
Click "Get Disc Info "button in the toolbar, or click "File>Get Disc Info" option in the menu bar. So the loaded Disc info will be shown in the new pop-up dialog window, such as "Title Name" and "Chapter Name" options.


Step 2: Specify output format
In order to get OGG audio files, specify output formats for "Class" and "Profile" options. Select "Common Audio" format from "Class" option. Then choose "OGG - Ogg Vorbis Audio (*.ogg)" format from "Profile" option.


Tip: How to set parameters?
Change some options' parameters to adjust output settings. Click any options in the left side of the main interface, and then click options' right down button to choose suitable parameters.


Step 3: Start conversion
For storing OGG audio files, click "Browse" button to select an output folder and click "OK" button in the new dialog window. Then check all the video files or select your favorite video files from the file list, and next click "Start ripping" button in the toolbar or choose "File>Rip All Checked"/"Rip Selected" option from the menu bar. Finally DVD Audio Ripper will start ripping all the video files or the selected video files. And you will see the ripping process under "Status" option in the file list.


Tip1: How to end ripping?
Operate DVD Audio Ripper to end ripping as the next methods:
1. Click "Stop ripping" or "Pause ripping" button in the toolbar to end ripping.
2. Or choose "File>Pause All Checked/Stop All Checked" option or select "File>Stop Selected/Pause Selected" option.
Finally the "Abort" will be shown under "Status" option in the file list.

Tip2: How to trim video files?
To select the video segments for trimming, click "Trim" button in the toolbar and "Video Trim" dialog window will pop up. Then click "Play" button in the new toolbar. In the end, click "Set Start" button and "Set End" button to select your needed video segments. You can also click "Reset" button to reset the new segments when you dislike them.


Tip3: How to remove or clear video files?
If you find some video files useless in this conversion, you can remove or clear them by selecting the video files you want to remove, and clicking "Edit>Remove" option to remove the selected video files. When you want to clear all the video files for opening new video files, click "Clear" option in the "Edit" drop-down list.
Tip4: How to show and hide video files?
When you only want to convert some video chapters, click "Show Chapters" button in the toolbar to show all the video files and select some video chapters for converting.
If you would like to convert some videos as title form, click "Hide Chapters" button to hide some video chapters.

Tip5: How to select video files?
If you want to select all the video titles or some chapters, choose "Select All"/"Select All Chidren" option from "Edit" drop-down-list in the menu bar.
