How to copy iPod music/video to iPad 2?

Mar 11, 2011 – With the debut of iPad 2 in the Apple market, there are a flood of discussions about pros and cons of Apple iPad 2. Some consider the second generation of iPad to be much thinner, lighter, faster and more powerful than the first generation; while others consider iPad 2 is just the same as iPad.

There is no doubt the iPad 2 will be a greater one. But is it worthy to upgrade for the current iPad users? If choose upgrade, the first problem they would meet is how to transfer songs/movies from current iPad to iPad 2 or iPhone to iPad 2, or iPod to iPad 2.

As for new Apple users, if they decide to buy the newly iPad 2, they still will meet some inconvenience. For Apple only allows transferring files from iTunes or computer to iPad 2, but it blocks the transfer from iPad 2 to Mac or PC.

Step1: Connect iPod to computer
Free download Joboshare iPod Rip and run it. And then connect iPod to computer, you will see all info about iPod touch info such as Format, Type, Capacity, Version, Serial number, etc. are shown in the interface. Also all iPod library folder including music, movie, photo, camera, playlist and so on are displayed in the list.

Step2: Copy iPod music/video to iTunes

1. Open iPod "music" or "movie" library to select the favourite music/movies files you want to transfer. You can see all music/videos files in the main screen.
2. Select the iPod music/videos and check them completely, see the illustration as below. And press "Add checked files into iTunes" button or choose "export files to iTunes" option in the top "Export" menu to start iPod music/videos to iTunes library transferring. You can see the sync process and iTunes could be auto open to save the iPod music/video files in its library.

Step 3: Copy music/videos to iPad

1)Free download iTunes from Apple website and run it, you will see all iPod music/video files in iTunes "music" or "movie" library.
2) Connect iPad to iTunes and iTunes can easily recognise the iPad device, click iPad icon and open all iPad library folder you wanna get sync with iTunes, please select "music" or "movie" option and check "sync music files" or "sync movies file" item, when it is done, press "Apply" button to start iPod music/video files to iPad sync process.
